The Laws of Food- Part One

I love food. I mean, who doesn't? But in today's crazy world, it can be so easy to waste time with unimportant foods.  I've been working for the past several minutes on trying to understand the complexities of eating. It stemmed from the recent realization that I only eat three times in a day. Breakfast is always the same thing: Cereal. As for the other two meals of the day, we need to stop wasting time eating unimportant things. Some of you may be asking, "But what about cupcakes? I love cupcakes!"    No, don't misunderstand me. Cupcakes are extremely important. They just aren't healthy, which is fine. The thing to remember is balance. If you have a cookie in one hand, make sure that you balance it out with the equivalent of ice cream in the other hand.
Now, every now and then your body will scream something to the effect of "Ahh! Just give me some Vitamin C before I have to shut down your liver!"   Listen to your body in this moment. It's fine to sacrifice a chocolate orange for a naval orange on occasion.  The most important thing is to always remember the most important foods, to eat them as often as (healthily) possible.

Feeling Dangerous?

Danger is my middle name, and the first name for my blog. What does Danger have to do with me, or my blog? Nothing. I'm possibly the least dangerous person you will ever meet. That's basically this blog's theme; random and occasionally ironic entries about my Freshman Writing class and my life.
